COSTA RICA ALL INCLUSIVE RESORTS
Most all inclusive hotels in Costa Rica are located on the North Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, except for the Hilton Puntarenas hotel that is located at Puntarenas beach on the Mid Pacific Coast at approximately 1 ½ hour from San Jose Costa Rica, and the Barcelo Playa Tambor Hotel on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula.

Every Costa Rica All Inclusive Resort has its own policies about check-in and Check-out times.  Depending on the season and rooms availability, sometimes, it is possible to make at early check in with no extra charge, however, this doesn’t mean that your room will be ready, what happens on these cases is that your are allowed to enter the hotel at an earlier time but you will not get your room key until the stated check in time. Some hotels even store your luggage for free, while your room is ready so that you can start enjoying the hotel facilities.

 Most hotel rooms at the different Costa Rica All Inclusive Resorts have one king size bed or two double or queen size beds. For triple occupancy you get a room with two double beds, extra beds are not guaranteed and in some cases they may have an extra charge.

For All Inclusive Costa Rica Hotels in Langosta and Conchal Beach you can fly from San Jose to Tamarindo airstrip located at approximately 25minutes. For hotels on the Papagayo Gulf the best option is to fly to Liberia Airport at approximately 35 minutes. To get to Tambor beach you can either drive your rental car to Puntarenas and take the Paquera Ferry or you can fly from San Jose to Tambor airstrip.  There are not scheduled domestic flights to Puntarenas.  Another way to get to the different all inclusive resorts is with a shuttle service which has a very low cost.

Some hotels advertise them as Costa Rica all inclusive resorts only because they include three meals and an open bar, however not all of them are real all inclusive resorts. The following hotels are real Costa Rica all inclusive resorts, except for the Sol Papagayo that is very basic all inclusive but with a good price.

Barcelo Playa Tambor All Inclusive The Barcelo Playa Tambor Hotel, on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, Puntarenas province, was the first all inclusive beach resort in Costa Rica. Sol Papagayo All Inclusive The all inclusive program at Sol Papagayo Resort, 35 minutes from Liberia Costa Rica, is very basic, however, this resort is the least expensive of the different all inclusive Costa Rica beach resorts on the North Pacific Coast.

Barcelo Playa Langosta All Inclusive Barcelo Playa Langosta  (Langosta Beach Hotel) is a Costa Rica all inclusive beach resort in the beautiful Langosta Beach, 50minutes from Liberia Airport and 1.2 miles (2km) from Tamarindo Beach.
